Time Planning / Time Management Theory (1st Relation)

هر اقدامی یا کاری ملاحظه می شود که چند بخش دارد. برای هر کار می بایست تشخیص داد هر کدام شامل چه اقداماتی می شود. و همچنین برای این لازم است که دانسته شود هر کاری فقط خود آن کار ملاک نیست، بخش زیادی از وقت به اقدام قبلی و اقدامات بعدی و ادای شکر و سپاسگزاری اختصاص داده می شود.

1. اقدامات قبل (شروع) (t_pre/t_main ~ 1 )
2. اقدام اصلی
3. اقدامات بعدی  (t_post/t_main ~ 1 )
4. سپاسگزاری - تفکر  (t_gratitude/t_main ~ 1 )

Any specific activity/task needs other activities to be done. They consume the vast majority of the total time and the main activity consumes only a small portion of time comparing to the rest. It is also essential to know that for time planning and management. 

1. Pre-requisites (known also with names pre-processing/.)  (t_pre/t_main ~ 1 )
2. the Main Activity
3. Post-activities (post-processing)  (t_post/t_main ~ 1 )
4. Gratitude/Thanks giving and Thinking  (t_gratitude/t_main ~ 1 )
